In the first part of the process, BCG captures important information about company policies, practices and demographics in the Employer Questionnaire (EQ), worth approximately 25% of your overall program score.
The primary contact will receive a link to the EQ from an @bestcompaniesgroup.com email address.
You may have difficulty finding some requested information, so please set aside a few hours to complete it. You can’t make the list without it! To start gathering your responses, click the sample survey link on the program website. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/ or email support@bestcompaniesgroup.com.
Please note, if you have not logged into (tried to access) the online EQ by the deadline, your organization may be withdrawn from the program. Should this occur, you will be responsible for a withdrawal fee and any other fees incurred up to that point.
What does BCG do with the submission? If your organization makes the list, the authorized media partner will receive the information you provide for use in the list-related issue of their publication and/or website, as well as for “spotlight” information on each organization should an awards function occur. Therefore, please leave blank, or mark “N/A,” anywhere BCG requests information about your company that you do not wish for the partner(s) to receive.
