What should I do when I missed employees on my distribution list or I want to add newly hired employees?

In most cases we are not able to add in missed or new employees to the survey process. Please let these employees know that they will be able to take the survey in future years. For smaller organizations (approximately 30 employees or less), we may be able to make certain changes, depending on the request. If you have left out an entire department or location, you may reach out to us with your request and we will assess the need.
