What is a Net Promoter Score? A Net Promoter Score is a market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking respondents to rate the likelihood they would recommend a company, product or service to a friend or a colleague.
Our Employee Net Promoter Score question focuses on whether your employees would recommend your organization to a friend or a colleague as a place to work. The NPS score is calculated using 3 measurements within the 1-10 ranking data. Scores are categorized into Detractors (0-6 responses), Passives (7-8 responses) and Promoters (9-10 responses). The NPS score is derived by subtracting the % of Detractors from the % of Promoters.
