# B. Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey
In the second part of the process, your organization’s employees provide their feedback on the Employee Survey, worth approximately 75% of your overall program score. \**A few select programs do not include our Employer Questionnaire component and will solely use the Employee Survey to determine the winners and rankings. If you are unsure if your program includes the Employer Questionnaire component, you can view your specific program website by searching for it at https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/. If you look under the Process drop-down, if there is no drop-down for the Employer Questionnaire, then the program does not have this portion. Otherwise, please contact **support@bestcompaniesgroup.com** to find out for sure.*
Employees will receive a unique link to their survey directly to their email address from an **@bestcompaniesgroup.com** address or via an [access code (user ID)](https://knowledge.bestcompaniesgroup.com/en/what-are-access-codes-user-ids-and-how-do-they-work-when-do-you-request-them?hsLang=en). The survey generally takes employees 10-15 minutes to complete. To see what questions BCG will ask, click the sample link on the program website. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at [https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/](https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/)or email [support@bestcompaniesgroup.com.](mailto:support@bestcompaniesgroup.com)
**What does BCG do with the responses?** The employee survey data will help determine which companies make the list. BCG considers the data highly confidential and will not share it with anyone outside of your organization. We also use the aggregate data to generate your organization’s [BCG EnGauge Dashboard](https://knowledge.bestcompaniesgroup.com/en/what-is-the-engauge-dashboard?hsLang=en). Details about these reports can be found on each program website. The BCG EnGauge Dashboard will either come automatically as covered by your registration fee, or if you are participating in a free program or a nominal registration fee program, you will have the opportunity to purchase this dashboard.
