In the second part of the process, your organization’s employees provide their feedback on the Employee Survey, worth approximately 75% of your overall program score.
Employees will receive a unique link to their survey directly to their email address from an @bestcompaniesgroup.com address or via an access code (user ID). The survey generally takes employees 10-15 minutes to complete. To see what questions BCG will ask, click the sample link on the program website. What does BCG do with the responses? The employee survey data will help determine which companies make the list. BCG considers the data highly confidential and will not share it with anyone outside of your organization. We also use the aggregate data to generate your organization’s BCG EnGauge Dashboard.
