      Can I modify my Best Places to Work survey timeline?

      In certain situations your survey timeline may be eligible for adjustment.

         

        Can I modify my Best Places to Work survey timeline?

        This is a complex question. Below are options that are available to clients who participate in a Best Places to Work Program. 


        1. Can I move my survey launch date to earlier than the published launch date? No, the program survey launch date is the earliest we are able to send employee surveys.
        2. Can I delay my survey launch date? Yes, clients can shorten their survey window by delaying the survey launch. Fees would be incurred. Please submit a ticket and a BCG Team Member will promptly assist you!
        3. Can I extend my survey window? Maybe. Typically, this is not an option, but please submit a ticket and a BCG Team Member will promptly assist you! We may be able to extend the survey end date by a few days.

        If none of these options work, you may want to speak with a BCG Sales Team Member about an Independent Survey option. This project allows you to survey your employees on your timeline and then you are able to share your data into a Best Places to Work program at a future date.
