D. Employee Eligibility

    Who does BCG survey?

     

    You will need to provide BCG with email addresses for all full- and part-time permanent program employees in the Employee Upload Portal, sent according to the program timeline. If some employees do not have email, you will request access codes (user IDs) for them through the Portal. The email list and code request must include all employees on your payroll, including all union employees, owners, founders, partners and executive management to line-level employees, and all employees working from home, reporting to a program area. BCG will not survey seasonal employees, temporary employees, per diem employees, PRN, independent contractors (1099), volunteers, interns, consultants or employees working outside of the program area.     It is important to stay with our policy of not interviewing the non-traditional employees. Short term employees typically do not have a strong understanding of the organization, do not receive benefits, and are not mentally “invested” in the way that full-time and permanent part-time employees are. Their opinions may not be representative of the organization’s culture and these employees may artificially impact the evaluation (either positively or negatively).
