Please upload copies of all communications you send to employees related to the survey through the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire.* The area to upload your communications is near the end of this questionnaire. Failure to submit your employee communications could result in list disqualification. *Most of our "best" programs  include the Employer Questionnaire (EQ) survey component. A few select programs may not include the EQ. If your program does not have this portion, please email copies of your communications to support@bestcompaniesgroup.com instead.
