What are the details of the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey?

Employee engagement is measured via 8 core focus areas currently consisting of 75 LIKERT scale questions.

     

    Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey

     

    The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey consists of approximately 75 statements that employees respond to along with two open-ended and eight demographic questions. This survey makes up the other 75% of the overall score.

    Eligible employees will be sent the survey via email from an email address domain @BestCompaniesGroup.com or via an access code (user ID).
