What is an Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire?

In some Best Places to Work programs, there is an Employer Questionnaire that is used in calculating the recognition list.

    Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire (EQ)

    Your organization may be responsible for completing the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire (worth 25% of the overall score) where you’ll tell us more about organizational policies, practices, and demographics. The EQ will be sent a few days after the registration deadline. Please see the timeline on your program website for more information regarding program dates. A sample can be found on the program website under Process. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/ or email support@bestcompaniesgroup.com. If your program's website does not have an Employer Questionnaire drop-down option under Process, then likely the program does not require this component.


    We will send the employer questionnaire to the primary contact from an email address @BestCompaniesGroup.com which can be completed and submitted entirely online.


    You should answer all questions based on your program eligible employees (I.E. - only New Jersey employees or all US employees).  


    SHARING DATA - If you are surveying non-eligible employees to be used in a future program, information regarding these additional employees will be captured separately in the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire related to each program you participate in.
