# I. BCG EnGauge Dashboard
While ranking companies benefit from making the "best" list, the [BCG EnGauge Dashboard](https://knowledge.bestcompaniesgroup.com/en/what-is-the-engauge-dashboard?hsLang=en) holds the real value. This dashboard contain the summarized results of the employee survey, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your workplace according to what their employees had to say. The BCG EnGauge Dashboard will either come automatically as covered by your registration fee, or if you are participating in a free program or a nominal registration fee program, you will have the opportunity to purchase this dashboard.
The [BCG EnGauge Dashboard](https://knowledge.bestcompaniesgroup.com/en/what-is-the-engauge-dashboard?hsLang=en) includes access to your organization’s data on our interactive dashboard. The dashboard contains multiple levels of reporting with drill downs, heat maps, charts and graphs. View the percentage of positive and negative responses to each of the questions asked of employees as well as employee comments, and employee and employer benchmarking data. Benchmarking reports are great for comparing your organization to this year’s list-making participants. Plus, all the previously available reports are available in static and interactive format. Please view your program-specific website for samples and applicable pricing. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at [https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/](https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/) or email [support@bestcompaniesgroup.com](mailto:support@bestcompaniesgroup.com).
