In most cases we are not able to make corrections to incorrect or misspelled email addresses. Please let these employees know that you will correct their email on your list for future years. We do not expect organizations to reach 100% participation. This will likely not have a significant impact on your
response rate. For smaller organizations (approximately 30 employees or less), we may be able to make certain changes, depending on the request. Or, if an entire department or location is incorrect, you may reach out to us with your request and we will assess the need.
