What is the IT Contact's role?
Our registration forms require the information of an IT Contact.
The IT Contact listed on the initial registration form is a technical point person in addition to the Primary Contact to troubleshoot survey-delivery issues, allowlist domains and IP addresses, resolve spam or filter blocks, and handle system questions that keep our surveys and links from flowing smoothly. The IT Contact must review and apply these
technical requirements. You may add up to 2 additional IT Contacts to receive the test surveys. We highly recommend that at least one contact - either the Primary Contact or the IT Contact - has the domain of the organization that is receiving the surveys. To update or add to the IT Contact, email
