# K. Employee Communication Template
## You can use the following template to alert your employees of your participation in the survey process.
To help you fill in the missing information, please review your program-specific website's timeline. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at [https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/](https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/) or email [support@bestcompaniesgroup.com](mailto:support@bestcompaniesgroup.com).
Dear Employee,
Our company is participating in the “****PROGRAM NAME****”program.
All employees, (or A random sample of employees), will receive an email on **SEND DATE **from [Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com](mailto:Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com) with the Subject, “Your feedback has been requested by \[Employer Name\].”
If, (or When), you receive this email, please take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey**. Do not forward your invitation to another employee. It contains unique access information that can only be used once.**If you accidentally delete your survey email, you will receive reminders throughout the surveying period.
A third-party agency will administer the survey and tabulate your confidential ratings. Please follow the instructions and submit your completed survey no later than **DUE DATE**. The survey is optional, **not **mandatory.
Your honest feedback is extremely valuable to this process. Thank you, in advance, for participating in the **“PROGRAM NAME” **survey.

A few select programs may not include the EQ. If your program does not have this portion, please email copies of your communications to **support@bestcompaniesgroup.com** instead.*
