What is the Secondary Contact's role?
Our registration forms require the information of a Secondary Contact.
The Secondary Contact listed on the initial registration form is the designated stand-in for the Primary Contact, to only be used when the Primary Contact is unavailable: extended vacation, extended leave, or role change. Choose someone who would be ready to step in. There can only be one Secondary Contact. This contact may receive promotional offers at the beginning and ending of the survey process.
