# START HERE: Allow-listing to ensure email delivery
To ensure a smooth surveying process, immediately provide the following to your IT department. If these steps are not followed, any emails from Best Companies Group may get caught in spam filters rather than going to email inboxes.

A) **Required AllowListing For Survey Invites**
Survey invites will be sent via an **@bestcompaniesgroup.com** email address, but it is **imperative** that you also allowlist the following 5 Mail Servers. Allowing @bestcompaniesgroup.com only may not be enough.

batch2.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.166
batch3.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.172
batch4.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.175
batch5.us.confirmit.com: 72.32.177.42
All filters and firewalls will need to be adjusted in order to ensure the invitations reach employees. If you use a third-party email security provider (e.g., Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda, Microsoft Defender, MX Logic, etc.), please provide this information for them to apply.
B) **Required AllowListing For Survey Access**
To ensure the survey websites are not blocked, the following domains need to be allowed:
**- bestcompaniesgroup.com
- survey.bestcompaniesgroup.com/\*
- survey.us.confirmit.com**
*\* You will not be able to access this domain until the day of the employee survey launch. The domain will only work with a survey link (e.g., survey.bestcompaniesgroup.net/(survey\_id).*
C) **Required AllowListing For Email Addresses**
Please allow the following email addresses, to ensure communications arrive from Best Companies Group. Best Companies Group primarily works through email. If you are listed as the Primary Contact, be sure you are regularly looking for emails from these addresses.
\- Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com
\- NoReply@BestCompaniesGroup.com
\- Support@BestCompaniesGroup.com
\- SurveySupport@BestCompaniesGroup.com
\- System@Sent-Via.Netsuite.com
D) **Update Email Security Settings**
Please ensure:
\- Rate limits allow bulk delivery (400+ emails within a short time period)
\- Greylisting is disabled or bypassed for approved survey traffic (if applicable)
\- Messages are not blocked or quarantined by spam filters
\- Link protection tools (e.g., Safe Links) do not block or rewrite survey URLs in a way that prevents access
-Employee email addresses are permitted to receive emails from external senders
E) **Inbox Delivery Optimization**
To improve delivery to users’ primary inbox and reduce the likelihood of being routed to “Other,” “Promotions,” or quarantine folder, please also:
\- Add surveys@bestcompaniesgroup.com to user Safe Senders lists (recommended)
\- Configure Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace to allow survey emails and bypass spam filtering where appropriate
\- Ensure survey emails are not quarantined or classified as bulk, promotional or marketing messages
\- Allow survey links to pass through URL protection (Safe Links, etc.) without blocking or delay
\- Avoid modifying the sender address or applying rewriting/disclaimer rules
\- Verify that transport rules, mail flow rules, or other security policies do not override these settings
F) **Test Email**
Some spam filters also rate the text body of the messages contained in emails. To ensure that your rate limiter will allow the survey invitations through your filters and into your employee inboxes, we will also be sending a sample of the employee survey invitation to your organization's listed Primary Contact and IT contact to ensure that it can get through to you. This sample is for testing purposes only. **Do not forward the sample email to your employees.** The test emails are sent out about 4 weeks after the registration deadline and typically on a Thursday. The employee survey generally launches the next Tuesday.
Please confirm:
\- You receive the test email (check inbox, spam, or quarantine folders)
