In order to ensure a smooth surveying process, please immediately provide the following to your IT department. If these steps are not followed, any emails from Best Companies Group may get caught in spam filters rather than going to email inboxes.

A) REQUIRED ALLOW-LISTING FOR SURVEY INVITES
Survey invites will be sent via an @bestcompaniesgroup.com email address
Please allowlist the following 5 Mail Servers:
- batch1.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.170
- batch2.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.166
- batch3.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.172
- batch4.us.confirmit.com: 72.3.137.175
- batch5.us.confirmit.com: 72.32.177.42
All employee addresses must be able to receive email from a source outside your organization.
All filters and firewalls will need to be adjusted in order to ensure the invitations reach employees. If your company uses a third-party IT vendor to filter email (Mimecast, MX Logic, etc.), you will need to provide this information to them.
A greylist bypass policy will need to be created to allow the passing of the survey invites (if applicable).
Rate limiters will need to allow up to 400 emails (or more depending on survey sample) at one time from the same source.
Some spam filters also rate the text body of the messages contained in emails. To ensure that your rate limiter will allow the survey invitations through your filters and into your employee inboxes, we will also be sending a sample of the employee survey invitation to ensure that it can get through to you. This sample is for testing purposes only. Do not forward the sample email to your employees.
B) REQUIRED ALLOW-LISTING FOR SURVEY ACCESS
To ensure the survey websites are not blocked, the following domains need to be allowed:
o bestcompaniesgroup.com
o survey.bestcompaniesgroup.com/*
o confirm.it
* You will not be able to access this domain until the day of the employee survey launch. The domain will only work with a survey link (e.g., survey.bestcompaniesgroup.net/(survey_id).
