What happens if I don't make the list?
In the event that you enter the program, but do not make the list, only your organization will receive notification of that result. We will not release the names of organizations that do not make the list. You will still receive your BCG EnGauge Dashboard (if they are part of the registration price and/or you purchased them in a No-Fee program). You will then have the opportunity to focus on areas to improve your organization and potentially improve your standing in the next program cycle. We believe that all organizations can build great workplace cultures, if companies utilize their data, listen to their employees and take the survey data to heart.
