If you opted to be invoiced for the registration fee or report package fee when registering, invoices are generally emailed to the Primary Contact within a few weeks after your program's registration deadline. The email comes from system@sent-via.netsuite.com. You may need to check your junk or spam folder. If you purchased any survey enhancements prior to or right around the registration deadline, the invoice will also come within a few weeks after your program's registration deadline. If you purchased a data package or enhancement during or after the survey process, your invoice will likely come within a few days.
