# Where is my invoice?

## The invoice is generally emailed from system@sent-via.netsuite.com to the Primary Contact within a few weeks after your program's registration deadline.

If you opted to be invoiced for the registration fee or report package fee when registering, invoices are generally emailed to the Primary Contact within a few weeks after your program's registration deadline. The email comes from **system@sent-via.netsuite.com**. You may need to check your junk or spam folder. If you purchased any survey enhancements prior to or right around the registration deadline, the invoice will also come within a few weeks after your program's registration deadline. If you purchased a data package or enhancement during or after the survey process, your invoice will likely come within a few days.
