How are survey participation rates during the survey period communicated?
During most surveying programs, employers are given access to an online dashboard where they can view live submission rates.
Shortly after the employee survey launch, the Primary Contact will receive an email from Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com with access to our Response Rate Dashboard. With this live dashboard you can view how many total surveys were sent, how many have been submitted, how many submitted surveys you need to be considered for the "best" list and how many more you need to reach that minimum. However, please remember that the survey is optional, not mandatory. You cannot force employees to complete the survey or ask them to report to you when they have completed it. You are welcome to tell employees how many submitted surveys are needed to be considered and you are encouraged to send your own reminders to employees. You will not receive email updates from Best Companies Group regarding your exact number of survey submissions. It is your responsibility to access your dashboard and keep tabs on your submissions.

Participation Rate Requirements:
1. Please refer to your program website for the specific response rate needed to be considered for the winner list. You can view this under the FAQ Tab - Eligibility (What is the minimum response rate required to be considered for the list?). 2. Companies with more than 250 employees that choose to survey a higher random sample than calculated in this chart, should review their specific dashboard to see how many more submitted surveys are needed to reach the minimum.
