Do the generic demographics not match your company structure? You can change that.

    How can you change part of the survey or reporting?


    Due to the nature of the survey process, we have provided generic job role and department demographics for the last two questions on the employee survey in order to fit as many organizations as possible. However, we understand the value of having these categories mirror a company’s unique organizational structure, and therefore provide survey enhancement services to fit your requests.

     

    Changing the job roles and departments will allow you to receive the most meaningful data collected on your Employee Demographic Report. In order to maintain respondent anonymity, we do not report any response data for fewer than five individuals in any one demographic category.

     

    If you would like to view the standard job roles and departments that will automatically appear on your company’s surveys, please view the sample survey available on your specific program website. If you do not know your specific program's website, you may find it at https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/ or email support@bestcompaniesgroup.com. To submit a survey enhancement request of up to 25 job roles and/or 25 departments of your choosing, add your unique questions or location breakdowns to your survey, or request additional data breakouts, please take a look here by the enhancements deadline.
