Certain steps must be taken to ensure your company is removed from any active survey process.
Removing your company from the program.
BCG considers all organizations that submit a registration form active participants in the program. If your company wishes to withdraw from the survey process, you must notify your BCG program manager. Once the survey process has begun, BCG will apply a withdraw fee in addition to the total fees incurred (participation fees, survey enhancement orders, translation bundles, etc.). If you withdraw less than 48 hours prior to the online employee survey send, BCG will make every effort, but cannot guarantee our ability to remove your employees from the survey. Failure to complete the Employer Questionnaire will not automatically result in withdrawal from the program. If your organization has submitted an employee email address list, we will send survey invitations to them unless you have contacted us to formally withdraw from the process.
