There are certain deadlines that are very important in the survey process. Please review the following if you may be out of office.
Out of Office - Deadline Expectations
If you know you will be out of the office during some portion of the Best Places To Work program process, we recommend you provide us with an alternate contact that can complete the required steps in your absence. If not, it is important to let us know as soon as possible that the contact information needs updated.
Things to keep in mind:
*Email upload portal - Must be completed in the 3 day window. Contact your Program Business Partner if this is not possible.
*Employer Benefits and Policies Questionnaire - Must be completed in the 2 week window.
*Use the Standard Sample EQ to begin to gather your data. (Industry programs should use their specific EQ sample from the industry program website.)
*IT test is sent on a specific day. If both primary and IT contacts will be out of the office, contact your Program Business Partner at least 2 business days before the send date."
