Where's my survey? How do I find my survey? My employees cannot find their survey.

BCG will never disclose whether an employee completed a survey or whom surveys were sent via a random employee sample size.

    Where's my survey?

    Wondering if someone received their survey? Do you have employees reporting that they cannot find their survey? Please follow the steps below.

    1.  Confirm the email address is on your submitted list and spelled correctly. To learn about missed employees or newly hired employees, click here. To learn about incorrect or misspelled email addresses, click here.

    2. If your organization has more than 250 employees and did not purchase surveying all employees, then only a random selection of employees were sent the survey. View Sample Size. We are not able to release who has or has not been randomly selected.

    3. Confirm with your IT Contact that they followed all steps in our Allow-listing instructions. IP addresses must be added to your allow-list. Adding the domain @bestcompaniesgroup.com alone is not sufficient.

    4. Ask the employee to search their inbox for an email from surveys@bestcompaniesgroup.com. Have them check spam, junk, promotional, deleted folders, etc.

    5. If all above steps have been completed, you may also ask your IT department to help the employee trace where the survey ended up.

    6. Remind employees that pre-scheduled resends of the survey invitation will be sent out several times during the survey window. We do not manually resend surveys for employees.

    We are not able to tell you if an employee did or did not complete the survey. If an employee has a question about their survey, they can email surveysupport@bestcompaniesgroup.com. Due to confidentiality concerns, we are not able to discuss individual employee survey information with anyone other than the employee.
